Ingredients

12 portions
  • 20 big shrimp, (U-8)
  • 10 lemons, (your juice)
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1/2 red onions, cut into slices
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled
  • black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Clean the shrimp by peeling them, removing the intestines and washing them thoroughly.
Cut the butterfly shrimp and place them on a large platter. Place the slices of purple onion over the shrimp.
In a blender, blend the two cucumbers, the lemon juice, the jalapeño pepper and season with salt.
Wash the shrimp with the aguachile and let them marinate for 20 minutes before serving.
