  • 1 package of Meatme® sliced bacon
  • 8 pieces of Axes of meatme® ax
  • 1 piece of green bell pepper
  • 16 pieces of cherry tomato
  • 1 piece of red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt with meatme® onion
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic powder meatme®
  • 1 tablespoon of Cajun meatme® seasoning
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard
  • 1 piece of yellow lemon
  • 1 package of Guacamole meatme®
  • enough of Chili sauce morita meatme®
  • 1 piece of yellow lemon
  • 8 pieces of skewer stick

    Preparation

    Defrost shrimp, bacon, scallop and meatme® guacamole.
    Remove the shell from the shrimp and clean it. Wrap the shrimp and scallops with strips of bacon. Assemble the skewers, alternating shrimp with bacon, scallops with bacon, green pepper cut into cubes, cherry tomatoes and purple onion cubes. Repeat until filling the skewer.
    In a bowl place the mustard with the honey, the juice of a yellow lemon, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and salt with meatme® onion. Mix well until you get a homogeneous paste and varnish the skewers.
    For the spicy avocado dressing, mix the guacamole with the morita chile sauce, the juice of a yellow lemon and mayonnaise.
    Grill the skewers on a grill or grill pan until the shrimp and the scallops are done.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany the skewers with the avocado dressing.
