Ingredients: 1 jar Cocina Mestiza® sweet and sour tamarind sauce; 1 kilo shrimp; 500 grams tortillas; 1 shallot; 2 teaspoons salt; 1 teaspoon pepper; 1 cup red cabbage, washed and finely sliced; 1 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped; 1 jicama, peeled and finely chopped; 1 avocado; 1/2 cups mayonnaise; 1.5 tablespoons mustard; 1 Habanero chile; 1/4 bunches fresh cilantro

Wash and chop the vegetables (cabbage, cucumber, jicama, chili, and cilantro). Prepare the sauce by mixing mustard, mayonnaise, and habanero chili. Heat the butter and sauté the shallot (or onion) until they are slightly translucent, add the shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn golden.
