The shrimp with Chinese pea is very easy to make and is super nutritious. Peas gives an oriental touch that tastes delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams shrimp, clean and without peel
  • 200 grams snow pea
  • oils
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 cup soy

Preparation

In a pot with water and salt put the Chinese peas to cook. Once ready, remove them and put them in ice water.
In a hot pan put a little oil, add the garlic and onion until they are cooked but without coloring.
Add the shrimp and peas.
When the shrimp are almost cooked, add the soy.

PRESENTATION

Serve with rice

TIPS

If you want to make it a little spicy add pepperoncino to the sauce.
