Ingredients

4 portions
  • 800 grams shrimp, big
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 bouquet fresh coriander, cool
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 cups ketchup
  • 8 fried or toasted corn tortilla

Preparation

First to make the tomato sauce, mix the tomato puree, the cilantro and the chilies.
Then to make the special dressing mix mayonnaise, pepper and ketchup.
Once the two sauces are ready, the shrimp are peeled and cleaned. Season with salt and pepper.
Two bowls are placed, one with the beaten eggs and one with the ground bread. Each shrimp is passed first through the egg and then through the bread.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the shrimp. Then they are placed on paper towels so that the fat is absorbed.
