Ingredients

4 servings
  • 800 grams of shrimp big
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 cups of lettuce chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup of ground bread
  • 1 Cup of tomato puree
  • 1 bouquet of coriander cool
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers
  • 1/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1/4 of Cup of ketchup
  • 8 fried or toasted corn tortilla

    Preparation

    First to make the tomato sauce, mix the tomato puree, the cilantro and the chilies.
    Then to make the special dressing mix mayonnaise, pepper and ketchup.
