Preparation
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the salmon for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown, cover, cook for 10 minutes and reserve.
Mix the whipping cream with the McCormick® Balance Mayonnaise with sesame oil. Reservation.
For the sauce, in a pan heat the butter and fry the garlic until golden brown, add the white wine and let it reduce by half. and add to the sauce from the previous step little by little so that it does not cut, season with salt, pepper and dill. Cook for 10 more minutes or until it is a thick sauce and reserve.
Serve a little sauce and your salmon on top and serve with a rich citrus salad.
