One of the simplest but delicious recipes for making salmon. It is varnished in a mayonnaise sauce with honey and mustard and baked.

Preparation
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients except the salmon. Reserve 1/3 cup of mayonnaise and a little chives.
Cook the salmon in the oven at 180 centigrade for 10 minutes, bathed with the prepared mayonnaise.
Serve with a little of the remaining mayonnaise on top, and sprinkle with chopped scallion.
