Salmon wrapped with asparagus

This recipe for salmon is very healthy and easy to make, everything is cooked in the oven wrapped in aluminum foil so that the salmon absorbs the aromas and flavors of the rest of the ingredients and has no further complication. Test it!

  • 2 bunches asparagus
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil, 2 for asparagus and 4 for salmon
  • 4 salmon
  • 1 teaspoon salt, Half for asparagus and half for salmon
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, Half for asparagus and half for salmon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, yellow
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 3 yellow lemons, sliced
  • 4 twigs dill


Preheat the oven to 200°C.(392°F)
Place the asparagus in a bowl and add two tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper and mix well. Set aside.
For the salmon, rub the steak with the rest of the olive oil and season on both sides. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, garlic and cilantro. Set aside.
Place the asparagus on four pieces of aluminum foil, top the salmon fillets and varnish each salmon with the cilantro mixture.
Place 3 slices of lemon on top of each steak and a sprig of dill, close the aluminum foil making 4 packets so that the contents do not come out.
Bake for 25 minutes or until salmon is cooked. Serve.


Serve the aluminum small packages so that when each person opens it is surprised with the flavors inside.
