Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 250 grams steak, cooked in small pieces
  • 250 grams octopus, cooked in small pieces
  • 4 tablespoons crab pulp, in Little pieces
  • 250 grams snail, in Little pieces
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 6 slices yellow cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chicken consommé
  • black pepper, to taste
  • mushrooms, to taste
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Let's start by adding salt and pepper to the fish fillets, then fill them with seafood (they should be cut into small pieces), then fold trying not to leave the stuffing and roll with bacon.
On the other hand we are going to liquefy the cream, the cheese, the milk, the mushrooms and we put it to season with the butter.
We preheat a little oil to fry the steaks and when they are ready we put them on the plate and we bathe them with the sauce that we cook. Simply delicious fillets stuffed with seafood.
