Cooking a live lobster is much simpler than you think. With this recipe, you can have a lobster ready in less than 15 minutes, full of flavor! The cooking time depends on the weight of the lobsters.
Serve with melted butter and lemons cut in half. Place a deep plate in the center for the shells.
Tips
The lobsters should be a strong red (as in the picture) when cooked. The tails should curl and the meat should be firm. Pair this dish with a Chardonnay wine.
