Tacos of Surimi and Shrimp

Fresh recipe and surfer tacos surimi and shrimp with which you end up sucking your fingers.

Ingredients

20 servings
  • 500 grams of surimi crab
  • 250 shrimps shaker
  • 200 grams of Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 stick of Butter
  • 2 bunches of chard
  • 1 tablespoon of English sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic boy
  • 1/2 onion
  • tortillas

    Preparation

    Cut the Surimi the medium squares, rinse the shrimp to the water jet, slice the onion into julienne strips and the garlic finely.
    Later we add 1/2 bar of butter to a frying pan and add the onion and the garlic, we let acitronar.
    When the onion is transparent, add the surimi and the shrimp.
    Wash and count the spinach and after 10 minutes of cooking add them to the pan.
    Since all the ingredients are incorporated in the pan add the English sauce, cover the pan for 5 minutes.
    After 5 minutes of cooking, remove from the heat and add the striped manchego cheese and cover the pan for another 5 minutes to make it gratine.
    Over time we serve freshly made corn tortillas.
