Quick, easy and delicious tuna pancakes. Perfect to eat, will be the favorites of children and adults. Its flavor is delicious, prepare them.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 100 grams canned tuna
  • 5 tablespoons amaranth
  • 1/2 lemons, just the juice
  • 1 egg white
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

Mix the tuna (well drained) with the amaranth.
Add lemon juice, egg white, salt and pepper to taste.
Form balls with the previous mixture and place them to brown in a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil.
Let it brown on both sides, drain on a napkin and serve.
