This recipe is ideal to enjoy at parties and meetings. It is also perfect for filling canapés. The vinaigrette gives it a delicious flavor. If you've never tried the fresh tuna tenderloin I invite you to do it, it's perfect.

Ingredients

20 servings
  • 1 kilo of fresh tuna cut into cubes
  • 1 red onion cut in julienne
  • 1 White onion cut in julienne
  • 2 Green Chiles or green pepper cut in julienne
  • 2 yellow chili peppers or yellow pepper cut in julienne
  • 2 red chili peppers or red hot pepper cut in julienne
  • 1 green bell pepper cut in julienne
  • Salt to taste
  • parsley finely chopped
  • 20 olives in slices
  • 2 spoonfuls of soy
  • 1 Cup of White vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 carrots cooked, sliced
  • green peas in pod or green bean (optional)
  • 1 Lettuce sangria

    Preparation

    Place the tuna in cubes inside a glass bowl. Reserve.
    In another bowl mix all the vegetables, seasonings and spices.
    Integrate the tuna with all the ingredients and leave to marinate in the refrigerator (covered with plastic) for 1 hour.
    Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
    Rectify the seasoning, if you want add more soy, vinegar or even a few drops of lemon.
    Serve on top of a bed of lettuce sangria.

    PRESENTATION

    It can be served in individual cups.

    TIPS

    The longer the marinade is left, the better the flavor will be.
