Preparation
Cook the potatoes with a little salt in boiling water. When they are well cooked, remove from the water, remove the skin and crush a little.
Open the tuna cans and add to the bowl of the mashed potatoes. Stir Check that there is no salt.
Fill the tortillas in the form of tacos. (You put a portion of the potato with tuna in the middle of the tortilla and roll it up)
Put a deep frying pan on the oil. When it is hot, put the previously made tacos one by one. Take care that these do not open.
Take them out of the oil and let them drain with absorbent paper for a few moments.
Serve four tacos on each plate and put on top, cream, cotija cheese, some lettuce, some slices of tomato, sliced onions, and a little avocado until the end.
