Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 cans Tuna
  • 4 potatoes
  • corn tortillas, what you need
  • 1 liter oil
  • 1/2 lettuce, disinfected and cut into strips
  • 1/2 sour cream
  • 1/4 Cotija cheeses
  • tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 onion, sliced

Preparation

Cook the potatoes with a little salt in boiling water. When they are well cooked, remove from the water, remove the skin and crush a little.
Open the tuna cans and add to the bowl of the mashed potatoes. Stir Check that there is no salt.
Fill the tortillas in the form of tacos. (You put a portion of the potato with tuna in the middle of the tortilla and roll it up)
Put a deep frying pan on the oil. When it is hot, put the previously made tacos one by one. Take care that these do not open.
Take them out of the oil and let them drain with absorbent paper for a few moments.
Serve four tacos on each plate and put on top, cream, cotija cheese, some lettuce, some slices of tomato, sliced onions, and a little avocado until the end.

PRESENTATION

When serving you can accompany it with a green or red sauce, or instead of putting the agucate, make a delicious guacamole.

TIPS

When putting the tacos in the oil, try to do it first of the edge where you closed it, this way you will prevent them from opening and spilling out. You must ensure that the pan is very hot before putting the oil, and that the oil is very hot before you put the tacos. Since these absorb more fat than they should and will not be fried as they should.
