Ingredients

5 portions
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 cans baby eels, of surimi
  • pickled chili peppers, to taste
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 1/2 white onions
  • olive oils
  • green lettuce
  • crackers

Preparation

Place the previously drained tuna, the tomato and the finely chopped onions in a glass container, pickled chilies to taste and a few drops of olive oil. Mix all ingredients well and season with salt.
Place the cookies in an extended dish. Each one should have some eels, a mixture of tuna, a slice of avocado and a piece of lettuce. Or if you prefer lettuce can only adorn the dish.

PRESENTATION

In a tray put the tuna and eels with a base of lettuce and accompany with crackers.
