Recipe of tuna medallions with potatoes, peppers and tomato sauce that make a simple meal unforgettable. Since the tuna remains juicy and is complemented by the rich and crispy green pepper, the soft potatoes and the little tomato puree. Creating a perfect dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tuna, (medallion type cut)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, in squares
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons mashed tomatoes
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • enough Water

Preparation

The oil is heated and the onion is smoked.
Add the garlic and pepper and let it sauté lightly.
Add the potatoes, mash and season with salt and pepper.
Add water to cover the vegetables and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the tuna medallions and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.
The seasoning is rectified. It is served accompanied by steamed rice with vegetables.

TIPS

If you want more flavored water is replaced by fish broth.
