A delicious recipe, very healthy and light. It is perfect for not very heavy dinners or for meals with some more forceful entry. I like to give soy a touch because it gives it a lot of intensity and flavor.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 tuna loin
  • 2 tomatoes, grated
  • spring mix lettuce
  • olive oils
  • sea salt
  • 50 milliliters soy sauce
  • lemons, some drops
  • wasabi, in paste, optional

Preparation

Peel 2 pear-type tomatoes, grate them and remove the seeds. We put it in the middle of a plate next to a few leaves of mixed lettuce. Season and add a little olive oil.
In a pan we toss the soy sauce, a few drops of lemon and let it reduce by half, it takes 3 or 4 minutes after it boils. Then we add a little wasabi if you want to give a spicy touch and stir.
In a plate we throw a few drops of oil and mark (iron) the tuna on all sides, it should not be more than 30 seconds in a finite tuna, if it is chubby then you have to leave it a few seconds, but the idea is that a bit crude in the center (not much appreciated in the photos, because the sauce is above, but if you look you see that the central part, the fish has another color, it is because it is made only by the outside.) .

PRESENTATION

When we take it out, we cut it into slices and serve it. We accompany it with the reduction of soybeans and a little salt in grain.
