Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams shrimp
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise with Lemon Juice La Costeña®
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 La Costeña® Long Pickled chiles
  • 3 slices La Costeña® Pineapple in syrup
  • 1/4 cups red onion, filleted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon liquid from canned pickled chilies
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • enough parsley, to decorate
  • enough rice, To accompany

Preparation

On a small board butterfly shrimp, season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix Mayonnaise with La Costeña® lemon juice, butter, soy sauce, La Costeña® hot sauce, English sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder. With a brush glaze the shrimp with the previous mixture and marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Place the shrimp in a bowl and cook on a grill on both sides until they are cooked.
On the same grill, grill the Pineapple in syrup La costeña® and cut in small cubes.
On a board cut La Costeña® pickled long Chiles in thin strips.
For the tropical sauce, in a bowl mix the La Costeña® long pickled Chiles, the La Costeña® pineapple in syrup, the purple onion, the lemon juice, the oregano, and the juice of the chilies, salt and pepper .
Serve the shrimp with the tropical sauce on top, garnish with parsley and serve with rice. Enjoy
