Preparation
Cut the fish into strips, cover and refrigerate.
In a food processor, process the inflated rice cereal and parmesan.
Pass the mixture to a deep dish and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
In another deep dish place the flour.
Pass each of the fish strips first through the flour, then the egg and then the inflated cereal.
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the fish strips 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel.
Mix the ingredients of the lemon sauce and serve together with the fish fingers.
