Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/4 apples
  • 1/4 pears
  • 1/4 bananas
  • 3 measurements milk, Of start
  • 2 measurements corn flakes, without gluten
  • 1/2 glasses water

Preparation

Peel the fruit, remove the seeds and chop it
Add the water and simmer the apple and the pear
Remove from the fire
Mix in the food processor adding the rest of the ingredients until a smooth mixture is made
Let cool and serve
