These rolls of ham with cheese and rice, stuffed with vegetables are very rich and their sushi is very fun. They are versatile since you can add the vegetables of your choice to make them your own. They are perfect for children, they will love them.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 slices ham
  • 47.5 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup white rice, Cooked
  • 1/4 cups red pepper, in strips
  • 1/4 cups cucumber, in strips

Preparation

Spread the ham with the cream cheese; Cover this with the rice by spreading it up to 1/4 inch from the edge.
Place the vegetables on one of the short edges of each slice of ham; roll them well.
Cut each rolled into 5 pieces.
