Grilled Chicken in Tamarind Sauce

Delicious recipe for grilled chicken, bathed in a tamarind sauce very easy to make. You can accompany this ideal dish for any day of the week with a garnish of broccoli, squash and corn, you will see that they are going very well. Follow this step by step and surprise your family by turning one of the ingredients that are never missing from our tables.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of Margarine Primavera® Chantilly (tub 190 g)
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups of tamarind pulp
  • 1 tablespoon of chipotle chile pepper ground
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 4 pieces of chicken breasts without bone or skin
  • 2 spoonfuls of Margarine Primavera® Chantilly
  • 1 Cup of pumpkin cut in slats
  • 2 pieces of corn yellow, cut in halves
  • 1 Cup of broccoli cut into small pieces and bleached
  • enough of parsley leaves to decorate

    Preparation

    For the sauce, in a pot over low heat melt the Margarine Primavera® Chantilly and cook the garlic and onion until they release their aroma. Add the tamarind pulp, chipotle, sugar, lemon juice and let it boil. Cook 5 minutes and season to your liking.
    Blend the sauce and reserve.
    Heat a grill pan and melt two tablespoons of Margarine Primavera® Chantilly. Season to taste with salt and pepper and place a chicken breast in the middle of the pan, when it is halfway through cooking, varnish with a little of the sauce and cook until cooked.
    In the other half of the pan, grill the pumpkin and corn, season with salt and pepper. Cook until softened and remove.
    Serve a little of the sauce as a mirror on a plate, place the chicken breast on top and set aside the vegetables. Decorate with parsley and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve some sauce as a mirror, then the chicken and accompany with the grilled vegetables.

    TIPS

    It is important that you constantly varnish the chicken with the sauce during cooking to make it delicious. You can skip the chipotle chili sauce.
