Delicious avocado stuffed with chicken tinga flavored with spicy chipotle chile baked, accompanied by strips of purple onion and serrano pepper, ideal for a healthy and very tasty dinner that will kill any craving.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 chipotle chile, dry
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 white onions, filleted
  • 1/2 chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1 leave avocado
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 leaves fresh coriander
  • 1/4 onions, slice
  • 1 serrano chile, sliced

Preparation

Preheat in oven at 180 ° C.
Blend the tomato with the white onion, garlic and chipotle pepper. Season and Reserve
Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil, fry the onion with the chicken breast, add the blender preparation with an avocado leaf and cook for 20 minutes or until the liquid reduces. Reservation
