Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 chicken breasts
  • 1 potato, median
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 100 grams pumpkin, or pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons couscous
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon quinoa

Preparation

In a pot place the chicken, potatoes, pumpkin, carrot, couscous, quinoa and garlic and cook until well cooked.
Blend all the ingredients until it is a homogeneous mixture.
Chill a little and serve.
