Preparation
Mash the tofu perfectly with a fork.
Add the chives, celery and chili finely chopped, in addition to the jocoque, soy sauce, garlic salt, salt to taste and 2/3 of the toasted sesame seeds.
Mix perfectly. Garnish with the rest of the sesame and a celery leaves.
