With a mint and lemon smoothie you'll feel like you're on the beach. It is a very refreshing drink.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 10 leaves peppermint
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • lemon zest
  • sugar, to taste
  • ice
  • 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

Put the peppermint leaves with lemon zest and water in a pot.
As soon as it begins to boil, turn off the fire.
Strain and wait for it to cool.
Blend all the ingredients except the lemon juice. At the end of the preparation add the lemon juice liquefies for 10 seconds and serve.
