Ingredients

1 portion
  • 50 grams San Juan® Egg White
  • 2 Romaine orejonas
  • 50 grams cantaloupe
  • 30 grams carrot
  • 20 grams soybean sprouts
  • 20 grams Romaine lettuce
  • 20 grams beets
  • 20 grams jicama
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 7 oranges, supreme
  • 7 walnuts, in halves
  • 150 milliliters yogurt, of melon

Preparation
