Ingredients

1 portion
  • 50 grams San Juan® Egg White
  • 2 butterhead lettuces
  • 50 grams melon
  • 30 grams carrot
  • 20 grams soybean germ
  • 20 grams romaine lettuce
  • 20 grams beet
  • 20 grams jicama
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 7 oranges, supreme
  • 7 walnuts, in halves
  • 150 milliliters yogurt, of melon

Preparation

Place a box of vita film in a cup, forming a hollow in the center, put the white one inside and cover with the ends upwards with a knot and cook the white one in boiling water for 5 minutes, let cool cut and reserve .
Filete the lettuce orejona, finely slice the beet and melon, make thin slices of carrot, cut the jicama into thin strips.
Place a bed of romaine lettuce and arrange the romaine lettuce and the yogurt.
Place the other ingredients in a harmonious way: germ, beet, melon, jicama and carrot.
Garnish with the San Juan® egg whites together with orange supreme, walnut and cherry tomatoes.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl.

TIPS

You can also place the yogurt on top of the salad.
