Ingredients

10 portions
  • 750 grams soy, processed
  • 400 grams mirasol chili pepper
  • 1/2 pineapples
  • salt, to taste
  • corn oil, necessary amount
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • fresh coriander, necessary amount
  • 1 bouquet aromatic herb
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups pineapple juice

Preparation

In a pot with water put the soy to cook for 10 to 15 minutes with the chili mirasol and a pinch of salt.
Chop the pineapple and onion in small squares, then fry them in a frying pan with the garlic.
To grind the mirasol chiles, to strain the pasta and to empty it on the onion and the pineapple.
Strain the soy, pour over the pineapple and onion. Allow the preparation to boil, once this occurs, turn off the preparation.
Season the preparation.

PRESENTATION

Serve it in tacos, accompanied by a delicious homemade sauce.

Pastor Es una nueva idea de presentar o inovar un platillo tan común y típico entre las personas, de una manera más sana. Debe de estar igual de delicioso que de carne de cerdo.

Soya al pastor Se ve que es muy sencilla la receta, además de ser muy económica, puesto que la soya no es muy cara, y con un poco se hace mucho, la receta que yo tengo al pastor para cerdo de le agrega adobo y vinagre, el primero para que aporte más color y sabor y el segundo para el toque acidito, pero esta receta esta muy sencilla y adoptare esta versión, al ser tambieb sana ya que es baja en grasa, de lo que estamos acostumbrados a ingerir y es una magnifica idea.Gracias amiga

graxias, graxias ;) cuales son los chiles mirasol? bueno usare chile d árbol y guajillo nose si convine pero igual lo intentare
