I love seafood, when my husband comes home from work I always have something new. Some rainy afternoon I came up with the following recipe that I share with you and that up to now is my husband's favorite.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 250 grams spaghetti
  • 250 milliliters cream
  • 75 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 kilos shrimp, raw, clean
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 green chile, or chopped tree (optional)
  • parsley, chopped (to decorate)

Preparation

Boil the spaghetti until al dente (15 minutes approximately). Drain and reserve.
Place the butter in a pan until melted, add the spaghetti, the cream, half of the parmesan cheese and milk. Stir.
Add the shrimp and the chopped chilies. Let cook everything with the shrimp for 5 minutes and serve.
Garnish with chopped parsley and remaining Parmesan cheese.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle chopped parsley when serving and Parmesan cheese.

TIPS

Serve immediately. For those who do not like spicy, they can omit the chili. Eat with fresh bread.
