Ingredients: 2 boneless chicken breast, and skinless; 1 onion, in half moons; 1 bell pepper, in sticks; 1 yellow bell pepper, in sticks; 2 pumpkins, in strips; 2 carrots, chopped into strips; 10 cherry tomatoes; 1 cup Hunt's ® BBQ chipotle sauce; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper; 1 pinch chicken seasoning

Cut the chicken breast into strips, season with salt and pepper, and add a pinch of chicken seasoning (to taste) add one cup of Hunt's ® Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Set aside. In a medium skillet, add the onion and bell peppers, and let them brown without burning, then add the carrot following the same procedure, sautéing back and forth, add the cherry tomatoes.
