Ingredients: 310 grams Hunt's ® BBQ chipotle sauce; 4 chicken thighs, boneless, flattened; 100 grams turkey deli ham; 100 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded; cooking spray; 3 mangoes, cut into small cubes; 3 tomatoes; 4 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped; 1/2 onions, finely chopped; 2 garlic, chopped; 3 limes, just the juice; salt and pepper

In a bowl, mix the mango with the tomato, 3/4 of the chopped onion, cilantro, and lime. Mix well and set aside. Season the thighs with salt and pepper and stuff them with ham and cheese in a roll shape; you can use toothpicks, as in the images. Fry the thighs in a pan or pot until cooked and set aside. In a medium pot, sauté the onion with garlic and a little oil. When they turn transparent, add the delicious Hunt's® BBQ Chipotle Sauce and cook on low heat for 10 minutes to season.
