Fish in Soy Sauce with Ginger

Don't look for simple fish recipes anymore, because once you prepare this with soy sauce and ginger, you won't want to try another one. The flavor of your fish fillet will be greatly enhanced with this sauce that also has a touch of sugar and serrano pepper. Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 1 serrano pepper, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint, for the sauce
  • 1 cup orange juice, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce, for the sauce
  • to taste black pepper
  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups cambray onion
  • 1/2 cups celery
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough orange, Grilled slices, to decorate

  • enough cherry tomato, roasted, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the ginger, garlic, serrano pepper, peppermint, orange juice, soy sauce and pepper. Reservation.

In a pan with oil, seal the fish and season with salt and pepper.

TIPS

Instead of roasting, you can bake the fish at 180 ° C for 8 minutes. It will be delicious.
