Fish in Soy Sauce with Ginger

Don't look for simple fish recipes anymore, because once you make this one with soy sauce and ginger, you won't want to try another. The flavor of your fish fillet will be greatly enhanced with this sauce that also has a touch of sugar and serrano pepper. This main dish is rich in protein and goes perfectly well accompanied with roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 1 serrano chile, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint, for the sauce
  • 1 cup orange juice, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce, for the sauce
  • pepper
  • 4 red snapper fillets, it can also be snook or cod
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups cambray onion
  • 1/2 cups celery
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • orange, grilled slices, for garnish
  • cambray onion, to decorate
  • cherry tomato, roasted, for garnish

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the ginger, garlic, serrano pepper, peppermint, orange juice, soy sauce, and pepper. Reservation.
In a pan add the olive oil, the chambray onion, the celery and the sauce that you reserved before, then add the sugar, the lemon zest and cook until it is reduced.
In a frying pan with oil, seal the fish and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the fish with the glaze, garnish with grilled oranges, chambray onion and roasted cherry tomatoes.

PRESENTATION

TIPS

Muy rico!! Un poco muy dulce para nuestro gusto, pero muy bueno. La salsita si se tarda como media hora o más en espesar o reducir.
