Some meat rolls are always a good idea for mealtime, but if you want to give them more flavor and make them extra special, wrapping them in bacon is all you need. With a delicious filling of potato and Manchego cheese, this easy recipe will always be useful and practical for you when you don't know what to cook or for special occasions.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package Smoked FUD® Bacon, (250 g)
  • 500 grams beef milanesa
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • enough garlic, powdered
  • enough onion powder
  • 2 cups potato, cooked and cut into canes
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese FUD®, grated
  • enough parsley, chopped, to decorate

Preparation

Spread two slices of smoked FUD® bacon on a board and place a beef milanesa on top.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. At one end add some cooked potato, spinach and grated FUD® Manchego cheese.
Roll the milanesas as a roll, if necessary secure with a stick.
In a hot skillet over medium heat, cook the rolls until the bacon is golden and the meat is cooked. Serve immediately with sprinkled fresh parsley.

PRESENTATION

Serve the rolls accompanied by white rice.

TIPS

If you prepare a sauce, like a tomato caldillo, this dish will be perfect.

Una receta que es fácil de elaborar y que puedes agregarle o quitarle ingredientes dependiendo el sabor que le quieras dar lleva poco tiempo y lo puedes hacer como se muestra en el video o al carbón y sabe mucho más rico.
