Preparation
Add a generous amount of oil in a frying pan and sauté the finely chopped onion, bacon and ham.
Once poached, add the meat with the spices and cook while stirring to release the meat.
Stretch the pastry dough (depending on the size of the mold) and place on a baking sheet.
In a bowl we are going to beat the two eggs with the cooking cream.
With the cooked and tempered meat we are going to deposit it in the tray on the puff pastry.
To give it a special touch we are going to crumble Mozzarella cheese and pour the egg with the cream.
Place in the oven at 180º C for 20 minutes.
