Preparation
For the crepas; in the blender add the eggs, the flour, milk, the oil a pinch of salt. Blend until the dough is homogeneous. Melt the butter in the pan, pour the dough and spread it. Cook the crepes until they are ready. Reservation.
Stew the crab with onion, garlic, pepper, celery and salt to taste. Add a quarter cup of Chipotle Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce. Fill the crepes with the wanted one.
For the cream, blend the cheese, half a cream, a cube of chicken, salt and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Now ready the crepes add the cream with chipotle, over a quarter of golden seal cheese and bake in the microwave 10 minutes.
Mix strawberries, lettuce, cucumber, avocado, carrots, tomatoes.
Serve the crepes with the salad and a bit of Chipotle BBQ Sauce Hunt's ®.
