Preparation
In a pan put a little oil, add the mushrooms and sauté them. At the end add the spinach sauté for 1 minute more. (If there is water in the pan, remove it.)
Add to the cheese and mix well until the cheese is melted.
Heat the tortillas and add the mixture. Close like quesadillas and serve.
