Preparation
In a bowl, mix the nopal with plenty of grain salt and let it rest for 15 minutes or until it releases enough slime; then, with the help of a strainer, rinse under running cold water. Remove as much slime as possible and reserve.
On a cutting board, fillet the red onion, finely slice the tomatillo (you can also cut it into quarters), finely chop the serrano pepper, cilantro and dill, and remove thin slices from the cucumber with the help of a peeler.
In a bowl, place the nopales, add the vegetables and herbs that you chopped, the fresh oregano, pour the orange, the lemon juice, the sea salt and Oli de Nutrioli® Extra virgin olive oil ideal for dressing, mix delicately and chill for 10 minutes.
Serve the ceviche arranging its ingredients and decorate with slabs of beets, avocado and dill. Accompany with baked toast.
