This is a delicious pizza with a crispy and thin dough, with a mixture of cream cheese and blue cheese, French lettuce and a touch of tomato with olive oil and oregano. An intense mix of flavors that you will not forget.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour, for the mass
  • 3/4 teaspoons dry yeast, for the mass
  • 1 1/8 cups Water, cold, for the dough
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt, for the mass
  • 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, for the mass
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons White pepper
  • 4 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 1/2 cups Mini French Eva® Lettuce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
With the help of a blender , mix the flour with the yeast, the water and finally the salt. Beat with the hook about 10 minutes until you get an elastic and homogeneous mass.

Place the tomatoes on the pizza and alternate with the sheets of French Mini Lettuce Eva®. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake about 20 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the cheese gratinated. Serve immediately.
