Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup flour
  • 11 grams yeast
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • enough Water, about 1 cup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 cups cheap shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons yellow lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, little fingers
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, small squares
  • 1/2 cups bacon, fried
  • 1 cup tomato sauce, for pizza
  • 1 cup bell pepper, of colors
  • enough mozzarella cheese, grated
  • enough Modelo® Wheat Beer, 355 ml, to accompany

Preparation

On a clean surface form a volcano with flour, yeast, salt, oregano, basil, olive oil, water and knead until you have a homogeneous and elastic mass.
Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with sticky plastic. Let ferment for 1 hour or until it doubles its volume.
In a frying pan add the butter, onion, garlic, shrimp, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
On a floured surface spread the dough, measure the tray you will use and cut the dough a little larger than the measurement of it (about 2 cm). Arrange the mozzarella sticks, cream cheese, and bacon on the edges and top with the dough. Glue the ends together by pressing lightly to close.
Pour in the tomato sauce, shrimp, colored peppers, and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 190 ° C.
