  • 4 California (Anaheim) chili peppers, big
  • 2 pumpkins, little
  • sour cream
  • sauces, chipotle
  • chicken consommé
  • bean, stews
  • monterrey cheese
  • butter

Preparation

The first step is to remove the skin of chiles. To do this, they are placed directly on the fire, they must look burnt on all sides. They sweat in a bag for half an hour.
