Preparation
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil and brown the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
Add the tomato, carrot and peas and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the beef and cook for 1 minute.
Add the canned tomato, the tomato puree, the chicken powder, the oregano and the chili and cook until the broth begins to boil. While cooking the meat use a wooden spoon to break it and mix it so that it cooks all.
Continue cooking until the meat is well cooked. Add the potatoes and cook for 2 more minutes mixing well.
Remove the forcemeat from the heat and serve.
