Beef Tips with Chayotes and Mushrooms

Try this delicious recipe of beef tips accompanied by chayotes and mushrooms.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of beef steak filleted (ball)
  • 1 can of mushroom filleted
  • 2 pieces of chayote squash peeled and cooked
  • 1 Cube of chicken soup
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 piece of tomato in squares
  • 1 piece of onion in squares
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 sheet of laurel

    Preparation

    Fry the steak tips in the oil.
    Add the tomato and onion.
    Add minced garlic.
    Add the chopped chayotes and cook.
    When the chayotes are transparent add the mushrooms, the bay leaf and the chicken cube.
    Let cook 3 more minutes and serve.
    Serve steamed broccoli.
    Serve with fried rice.
