Your family will love this recipe for ground beef patches with a touch of Tomato Puree® Del Fuerte®, in red spicy sauce and accompanied by fresh salad. Pacholas are a type of meat prepared in Mexico and this dish is originally from Jalisco. Although the traditional way of making pacholas is with a metate, to make it more practical, in this step by step we suggest you do it with a plastic bag.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 Cup of crackers
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 3/4 of Cup of sausage
  • 4 spoonfuls of refried beans
  • 1/2 onion roasted
  • 2 cloves of garlic roasted
  • 300 grams of beef
  • 300 grams of Pork Meat
  • 1/4 of Cup of Fuerte Tomato Puree®
  • 1 teaspoonful of nutmeg
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • enough of oil to fry
  • 1/2 onion In rooms
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 6 tomatoes In rooms
  • 3 green tomatoes in halves
  • 4 chile de árbol peppers
  • 1 teaspoonful of allspices
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of cumin
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup
  • Salad fresh to accompany

Preparation

Blend the chipotle, cookies, milk, chorizo, beans, onion and garlic.
In a bowl, mix the meats with the previously liquefied, the Puree Tomato Del Fuerte®, the nutmeg, salt and pepper, until you have a homogeneous mixture.
With the help of a plastic bag, form the oval shaped straws approximately 3 mm thick.
Fry on both sides until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
For the red sauce, in a deep pan add the oil, onion, garlic, tomatoes, tomato, tree pepper, fat pepper and cumin, and cook for 10 minutes, add the chicken stock and leave cut in half. Blend, strain and cook in a pot for 10 more minutes.
Serve the pacholas with the sauce. Accompany with a fresh salad. Enjoy
