Preparation
All the first 11 ingredients are stirred with the meats.
Balls are formed.
Fry in hot oil until brown.
They are removed and in that same oil the ground tomato is fried, the wine is added and it is stirred.
The meatballs are added to the sauce and left to boil over medium heat until the sauce thickens, approximately 15 minutes.
