In this recipe ingredients are combined that give a great and characteristic flavor to ground beef. In the preparation of the sauce it is novel to include a touch of red wine.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams ground beef, beef
  • 250 grams ground beef, of pork
  • 1/4 cups ground bread
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 piece onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tablespoons nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/4 tablespoons black pepper, milled
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cups Water, hot
  • oils, to fry
  • 1 can tomato, ground (800 g)
  • 1/4 cups Red wine

Preparation

All the first 11 ingredients are stirred with the meats.
Balls are formed.
Fry in hot oil until brown.
They are removed and in that same oil the ground tomato is fried, the wine is added and it is stirred.
The meatballs are added to the sauce and left to boil over medium heat until the sauce thickens, approximately 15 minutes.

PRESENTATION

For a full meal you can put spaghetti and on top of the meatballs with the sauce.

TIPS

You can add oregano and albácar to the sauce.
