Try this delicious homemade dish. The meatballs are delicious and a very complete recipe that surely your whole family will love. Prepare them and allow everyone at home.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1/2 Cup of rice Cooked
  • 1/4 of Cup of peppermint finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 2 pieces of pumpkin diced
  • 2 pieces of carrot diced
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 3 cups of tomato sauce

    Preparation

    Mix the meat with the rice, parsley, mint, oregano, egg, salt and pepper.
    Form the balls, without kneading the meat a lot.
    In a pot pour the tomato sauce, agerga the carrots and pumpkin. Add the meatballs, cover and cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
