It is a rich and healthy way to eat chicken, this recipe of chicken salad will like you a lot. Apart from that it is very healthy and dietetic.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 potatoes, big
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 can pea

Preparation

Cook the chicken in water with onions and spices. Remove the chicken until it is very soft.
Cut the potatoes and the canahorias into small cudritos. Cook them in water, until they are soft.
Break the chicken into strips and gather the chicken, carrot, potatoes and peas in a bowl.
Add the 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a little of the chicken soup so that they integrate well.
To serve .

PRESENTATION

Serve with crackers and jalapeños in vinegar.

TIPS

That the mixture is not too watered by the excess of water or that the vegetables are not over sewn and thus avoid that it becomes puree.
