This chicken tinga will be sold with its spicy and delicious flavor, it will be the perfect dish to take anywhere, since you can eat it hot or cold, with toast and cream.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 saladette tomatoes, cut in quarters
  • 1 chipotle chili, tin
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 white onion, filleted
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Cube Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)

Preparation

Blend the tomatoes with the chipotle and water. Strain and reserve.
Heat the oil in an extended pot and fry the onion with the garlic until it is soft and transparent.
Pour the tomato stew, the cube of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth and let it season over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add the chicken, the bay leaf and let it cook over medium heat for 10 minutes moving from time to time.
Serve and accompany with corn tortillas or toast.

Receta rápida para cuando no tienes mucho tiempo, fácil y rica. Tambien puedes usar el caldo de pollo de cuando hierves la carne y sazonar al gusto.
