Preparation
Blend the tomatoes with the chipotle and water. Strain and reserve.
Heat the oil in an extended pot and fry the onion with the garlic until it is soft and transparent.
Pour the tomato stew, the cube of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth and let it season over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add the chicken, the bay leaf and let it cook over medium heat for 10 minutes moving from time to time.
