Enjoy this easy recipe of Chicken Breast with Alfredo Sauce and Grapes. Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, to marinate the chicken
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, to marinate the turkey
  • 1 pinch white pepper powder, to marinate the turkey
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped, to marinate the turkey
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, to marinate the turkey
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 2 cups purple grapes, cut in half, for the sauce and to decorate
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, in small cubes
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • enough White pepper
  • enough thyme

Preparation

In a bowl, marinate the chicken with garlic, nutmeg, white pepper, rosemary and olive oil for 15 minutes in refrigeration.
Heat a deep pan and fry the chicken until golden brown. Remove and reserve.
For the sauce, in a pan heat the butter, add the garlic and cook until they have a brighter and transparent color. Add half the grapes and continue sautéing, add the white wine, the milk, the evaporated milk, the whipped cream and the cheeses.
Return the breasts, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and thyme. Cook a few minutes until the chicken is completely cooked, bathing constantly with the sauce.
Serve on a plate and decorate with more fresh grapes.

PRESENTATION

Serve breast salted with grapes and a fresh salad.

TIPS

The marinade makes the breasts have more flavor, you can inject the marinade to the breasts to make it juicier.
