Preparation
In a bowl, marinate the chicken with garlic, nutmeg, white pepper, rosemary and olive oil for 15 minutes in refrigeration.
Heat a deep pan and fry the chicken until golden brown. Remove and reserve.
For the sauce, in a pan heat the butter, add the garlic and cook until they have a brighter and transparent color. Add half the grapes and continue sautéing, add the white wine, the milk, the evaporated milk, the whipped cream and the cheeses.
