The recipe for crispy chicken strips is super rich for a day as a snack or to eat a main course. Being so crunchy they are much more appetizing. Perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon egg
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • enough oil, to fry
  • 5 tortillas, cut into triangles and fried as for chlaquiles
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1/2 cups cereal, Rice or Rice Krispies
  • 40 grams flour

Preparation

Cut the chicken into strips.
Blend the slice of bread and the tortilla chips. Once ready, add the rice cereal.
Lightly beat the egg.
Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Pass the chicken first through the flour mixture, then through the egg and then through the tortilla mixture. Repeat the same process with all the chicken strips.
Fry the chicken strips.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with ketchup or barbecue sauce.
