Transport to Italy with these exquisite Italian Chicken Breasts. I promise you will love it and once you try it you will want to prepare it again.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 boneless chicken breast

Preparation

In a zip-lock bag add the lemon, cream and olive oil, stir well. Then add the garlic, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Put the chicken breasts in the bag and return to the refrigerator. Marinate at least 30 min.
Heat a frying pan and put the chicken breasts with everything and the sauce to cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are ready.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a salad.
